  I recently purchased a Freestyle Crew Vest from Canada Goose Manchester, and I had such a great experience. Emma assisted me, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. She made everything smooth and easy, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. Excellent customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Emma, for such a wonderful experience!

  Absolutely rude staff!! They think because I look like your normal average everyday low life, they judged me the way I looked as soon as I walked into the shop, but unfortunately they don’t know how much money I have or I was willing to spend. They should not judge a person as they walk through the doors! I will leave it there! It definitely made me feel uncomfortable!…..end of the day, I won’t lose sleep over it! Will buy from a different brand.

  Had a great time in the New Cathedral Street store, the team really understood what I wanted (Christmas gifts for family ) and I was so impressed with the customer experience part of shopping, specifically a lady called jackueline… She had such amazing knowledge of the brand and her attention to detail was great! We had our son with us and she was really good with him to. All of the above is not something I would say lightly, it felt natural, not too pushy, And I learnt so much about the brand! Hats off to whoever is doing their customer training, very pleased customer 😁😁😁

  I visited the New Cathedral Street store to see a jacket in person before deciding, and Molly B looked after me throughout. She helped with trying on different sizes, offered honest advice on what worked best, and clearly knew the range well, including the practical features of the jackets. There was no pressure to buy at any point, which I really appreciated. Her approach and knowledge made the decision easy and ultimately led to me completing the purchase. One small point of feedback is around the staff on the door. I understand it’s a very busy and stressful period in the run-up to Christmas, but they felt quite intense and didn’t really acknowledge me when I arrived or when I left. Molly, however, was welcoming and professional throughout and showed how it should be done. Overall, a very good experience thanks to Molly’s service.

  I am totally disappointed with Canada goose , I have bought numerous coats and items from them . I have a McMillan parka that has had very little wear and has patches of discolouration on it . After attending the store and spending a large amount on items , I was told to bring this item in to be repaired . It was sent away to be sorted only to be told that it was consistent with wear and tear ( hardly ever used as I have many coats ) . I also have the Artic coat and I’d like to say they are not the quality you’d expect , and the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on !! I have many coat of much better quality , Stone island , Moose knuckles Etc , none of which have had any problems . Money is spent better on other items of much better quality . Avoid !! . '
